I wanted to pop on here and give you all a low down of one of the best sales of the year that is about to start: The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Normally they preview the items in a catalog but just like last year, they will be doing an online preview which starts on July 6! I’m actually loving this - I can see absolutely everything that is in the sale and what I need to snag. I’m excited to share a few tips and tricks so you guys are ready when its time to shop!
This is an awesome time to stock up on big ticket items: boots, sneakers, activewear, shoes, and kids items! I got so many great items last year that held me through the whole winter.
I know it is hard sometimes to shop early for fall/winter items, but once the season rolls around (it will be here before we know it) you will be so glad you invested in some statement pieces for a GREAT price.
Personally, I do buy some fall stuff but really use this time to stock up on things I can use all year round: sneakers, shoes, accessories, & beauty/makeup!
I also love to use this sale to stock up on some items for my husband, and for my kids (great for back to school stuff especially sneakers!).
When does the sale start?
The sale preview starts July 6- everyone can view the items! If you are a Nordstrom Card member, you can shop earlier. Icon members can shop July 12,
Why so much hype about this sale???
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is one of the best sales of the year because Nordstrom heavily discounts brand-new, newly released items for Fall 2020. They also discount items that otherwise never go on-sale. So, basically this means that it isn’t “end of season” items or clearance. THIS IS BRAND NEW items, on sale!!!

MY TIPS & TRICKS FOR THE NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE:
Get the card. I know a lot of you are probably hesitant to get a store card, but this one is a no brainer. Out of any store cards in the WORLD this one is a keeper. You get to shop the sale earlier & potentially save 30-50% on items that may sell out quick! Confession: I totally buy Christmas presents during the NSale!
Start planning your picks! When you create your email account, you can make a wish list. That way when it comes time to purchase., are already organized. You can also go to my like to know it page and favorite the items & add to your wish list that you want to purchase! That way they will be saved for a quick checkout.
CHECK OUT FAST: Be ready to go & don’t wait. If you have an item that you know will sell out quick, just check out right away! Its free shipping-guarantee that you get the item! You can go back and get whatever else you want after!

If you have a Nordstrom locally, I recommend the buy online, curbside pickup. That way you get your items quicker :)
