Happy Monday friends!
Its been awhile since I did a meal plan Monday on here- things have been crazy with homeschooling/working from home/3 kids! I’ve been wanting to share my favorite (healthy) snacks with you guys now that summer is almost here. I know that for us that summer is a busy time.
Summer weather goes by so quickly in the northeast, so we try to make the most of it and spend a ton of time outside! This means we are on the go a lot, so it helps being super prepared in advance with healthy snacks you can grab and go.
Before we get started, Please know that a TON of my favorite snacks for myself (and the kids) is pure fruit! Bananas, apples, strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, and grapes are definitely our go-tos in this house. Also, I like my snacks (outside of fruit) to really feed into my cravings a little bit. So most of these have a chocolate or PB spin to them, while also being either a healthy fat (some sort of nut butter) or low carb. Remember: Portion control really is everything with fitting these into your diet! Also, I am definitely NOT a nutritionist! These are what I like… and I feel work for me :)

I love, love quest bars. For those looking for low-carb, these fit the bill. I like to warm mine up in the microwave and warm them up and put some peanut butter on them! Tastes like a dessert.

If you haven’t tried any nut butters from Peanut Butter and Co, you’re missing out. This one tastes like Nutella, but even healthier.
I tried these Quest protein drinks a few weeks ago and it tasted good!
This love crunch granola is a favorite of mine. Also comes in a chocolate cocomut flavor that my husband loves.
PB 2 is a great option in protein shakes if you’ve already hit your fat goals for the day! You get the flavor without the fat!
I love these packets from RX. Easy to carry and perfect for on the go to get healthy fats into your system.
Justin’s chocolate almond butter is so tasty. I have this on my low carb days!
