I wanted to share some of my favorite leggings because who DOESN'T live in leggings these days? Amirite??
Zella Live in Leggings, Nordstrom $68
I took the plunge on these during Nordy's anniversary sale after hearing so much about them. They have definitely lived up to their expectation. These are high waisted, so comfy, and thick enough (if you know what I mean). They hold up really, really well and I can see why they have such great reviews on Nordstrom. If you're looking for a versatile pair of leggings that you can do ANYTHING in (dress up, dress down, work out) these are your pair!
These are UNIVERSAL and if you're 15 or 65 you can wear them! I love how they are high waisted and were a god send for me those first few months postpartum as they helped suck everything in. High waisted is a fun option for anyone who likes to wear cropped shirts as well.
They do also have a lower rise option for those who want to try them!
IMO they are TTS but if between sizes (or postpartum lol) size up! You can't beat the price for the quality as mine have held up really well over the last few months.
Athleta Polartec Power Stretch tight, $89
My go-to leggings for the winter have got to be these. From taking the boys on walks outside, going on runs, coaching, or even just around the house when the temps get ridic., these are my BFFs. The inside of these are so soft and cozy with polartec fleece. If you are into outdoor winter sports (not me lol...but thought I would throw it out there), these are an awesome layer that still look fashionable. I have them in about 3 pairs and they are on repeat throughout the super long winter here. They definitely run large, I'm a XS normally and sized down to an XXS (which even fit me postpartum). Believe it or not, although these keep you warm you can still wear these for work, everyday errands, lounging, outdoor workouts, etc. They aren't thick or bulky but they still keep you warm enough!!
Alo Moto leggings (seen in my photo), Nordstrom $110
This is actually a brand that I've been watching for quite some time now and have been wanting to try. They are on the pricier side so when I found this pair of moto black Alo leggings for 20% off a few weeks ago I snagged them.
I LOVE THEM YOU GUYS.
They are so. stylish, the fit is just top notch. You can move really easy in these and can dress them up or down. They have so many other cool options to spice up the basic legging also so if you don't like this exact style they have a great variety to choose from. I sized up for these (got a small) but next pair I might try to order TTS just to see how they feel. They do have a mid-rise/high rise (which I like these days #momlife)...
Spanx Faux Leather Leggings, $98
When you find these on sale...RUN. And buy them. These are the best faux leather leggings only for the reason that the material looks classy, not cheap. They are pretty comfortable and they are high waisted. They come in several colors and I would definitely say size up. I am usually an XS and sized up to a S. These can be worn as a daytime look with sweaters, tunics, etc...and at night with booties, boots, heels.
Nike Zoned Sculpt Leggings, $95
y'all..these are like the HOLY GRAIL of workout leggings. I cannot even say enough about these leggings. I actually found them randomly at a Nike outlet and I have been hooked ever since. I searched high and low online to find another pair and found 3 more pairs. These are my favorite to run, lift, and workout in. They look AWESOME and hold everything in. No pulling them up, and they fit true to size. I honestly think that they are mostly sold out everywhere but this version of nike compression tights seen above looks pretty similar. There is also this pair at nordstrom that is SUPER expensive but they look amazing.
Hope you guys have an awesome weekend! Let me know any feedback on your leggings you love or if you try any of these pairs!
